Everything Was Explained
Really informative on the condition and likeliness of the cause, and treatment. Always asks if I have questions at every step, even though I felt like everything was explained. Overall, I was very confident that I knew exactly what was going on, and most importantly that I could be helped! Love the in-house ice pack available for purchase, it's perfect.

Received the Best Results
I have seen two other chiropractors on a regular basis for the last 15 years. This was by far the most involved and detailed assessment of my condition. Consequently I received the best results from my first two adjustments than what I had received from any other Chiropractor. Great Job and Thank you.

Very Understanding & Reassuring!
I have some pretty bad lower back issues, but I was very nervous and hesitant before going to Dr. Vinny because of a terrible experience I had years ago with a different chiropractor. Dr. Vinny took the time to actually listen to my fears and pains and was very understanding and reassuring right from the very first appointment. He explained and continues to explain every little step of every appointment I have with him, without making me feel like I'm a pest. His receptionist is always so sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Vinny is a very patient and kind doctor. I continue leaving my appointments with him feeling way less pain and way more confidence in him and his practice! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Higley Family Chiropractic!

Cannot Say Enough Positive Things
This experience was very informative for me. After my X-rays I realized my hips are out of wack and my lower back has an aggressive curve. Also, my upper neck has severe bone spurs. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Traci and her staff. I highly recommend them if you feel any discomfort in your body at all.

They Take Time
The best place I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They are also very good at explaining what they will be doing to where you understand. They take time to make sure your satisfied with the work they've done. Highly recommend them if you need a chiropractor.

Treated So Kindly
I have never been treated so kindly anywhere else I've been for chiropractic care, let alone anywhere in general. Tracy took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
